RapidBuffer™ is a new automated storage system that maximizes space and handling speed. Patent pending. We are combining the smart use of gravity with a high speed shuttle system to store and retrieve totes or trays more efficiently, while using less space. RapidBuffer is a modular and scalable solution, adaptable to individual needs in height, length and number of lifts. It can handle loads of up to 50 kg load

The RapidBuffer Module is a racking system with a main aisle in the center and channels for the storage of 5-10 totes on both sides and in each level. Lifts transport up to 2 totes to the desired level, where the shuttle takes the load to the designated storage loaction. The shuttle feeds the outbound lifts with totes respectively. All shuttles place in / pick from the first location of the channels only, similar to single deep shuttle systems. This concept allows us to operate at a similarly high speed
